A poem for your heart. Take care of yourselves on this “snow moon”.

Lost: Heart.

At sea.

On the beach.

In your car’s front seat.

In the street.

On your front porch.

Once bright red.

Full heart — wild and free.

It was strong; mighty.

« It’s us against the world »

Or so the heart thought….

If found, handle with care.

Place in a sturdy box,

It will be heavy.

It will have holes.

Do not patch them.

Leave them be.
The light will enter the wound,
And set the heart free – eventually.
